Some manufacturers promote their products potent mouthwash freshen breath and prevent plaque on the teeth. While some dentists say that the product is actually not good for dental health.
Responding to the debate, Professor Robin Seymour, restorative dentist from Newscastle University, said, mouthwash generally contain a number of ingredients that can cause adverse effects on teeth and gums, if not used correctly.

Seymour suggested that consuming alcohol-free mouthwash. There are several mouthwash products containing oxygen to counteract the microorganisms that cause mouth problems.
In addition to carefully choosing a mouthwash, Seymour also suggested that indirect use it after brushing your teeth. We recommend that you wait about half an hour.
