In this life there are some important things to be healthy in old age. Namely health care, especially our heart. We can keep it with regular exercise, control the brain that is not tense, not smoking and maintaining health by eating foods that basis. In terms of food we can sort or select the food is good and also good for heart health, especially for us. Of course, by eating a nutritious diet is important for a healthy heart.

We can add 5 nutritious meals to our daily lives to avoid the disease, especially “our heart”.
